the retro shack was established through an interest in retro things, in particular retro phones. At the retro shack you'll find phones from the 60's, 70's and 80's as well as other retro items which we ourselves like. All products sold at the retro shack are thoroughly checked before they are listed for sale on the website, therefore we ensure that all electrical items are fully working and all items sold are in the exact condition which is described.

All products are sent via the Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery service. With orders placed Monday to Friday we aim to ship within one day of receiving an order. Orders placed any time on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped Monday. If there is to be any sort of delay you will be contacted as soon as possible.

Prices of delivery vary on the size and weight of a particular product, below are the different price categories which exist for The Retro Shack's current products.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. So if you are unhappy with your goods for any reason, you can return any item in its original condition, within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. (Price of return delivery must be paid by the customer)
